After 15 years as a personal trainer I had the desire to learn and develop new ways of training. I qualified pilates teacher.

With a past as a personal trainer I have created a unique style of pilates, which combines the best of both worlds and includes both mat based pilates and reformer pilates. During the first consultation I always measure BMI as part of setting out a strategy for my clients and to be able to keep monitoring performance.

Before training, I serve matcha tea to boost energy levels and stimulate metabolism and I provide lemon water throughout the session to help with detoxing.

My pilates is a great way of losing weight, getting stronger and building up those weak spots in your body. I want you to feel fit, young and strong, with the power to deal with anything in life! Young & Strong!!
