What to expect from Pilates by Juliana
With a past as a personal trainer I have created a unique style of pilates, which combines the best of both worlds. During the first consultation I always measure BMI as part of setting out a strategy for my clients and to be able to keep monitoring performance.
Before training, I serve matcha tea to boost energy levels and stimulate metabolism and I provide lemon water throughout the session to help with detoxing. After the session, you will given a banana to boost energy levels.
I have a pet dog and cat so the studio can be an animal friendly zone, but only if you would like it to be!
My pilates is a great way of losing weight, getting stronger and building up those weak spots in your body. I want you to feel fit, young and strong, with the power to deal with anything in life! Young & Strong!!
