BOOTY ON THE WALL INSTRUCTIONS: Put your hands wider than shoulders width apart on the floor, you will then put your feet against the wall and be up side down, your legs will be straight up, elastic band will be around your feet.
Jump with your feet a shoulder width apart (1×30) go down for 20 secs and come up again for the second one, on the same position you just bring your knee in towards your shoulder and all the way up squeezing your booty back (1×15 each side) STAR JUMPS X20 Secs
